Scent Crush Return & Refund Policy

At Scent Crush, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted fragrance products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns must be requested via email before shipping the item back.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged or defective product

• List of affected items and a brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

How to Request a Return or Report a Damaged Product

All return and refund requests must be submitted via email to social@myscentcrush.com with the following details:

• Order number

• Items in the order

• Specific problem with the product

• Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions

• Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

• We do not accept exchanges at this time.

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with an incorrect address.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• As a small business, our processing and shipping times may be longer than large retailers, but we take great care in ensuring every order is packed with love and attention to detail.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Address Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

• Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and shipping destination.

• Once your order has left our facility, we cannot control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
